30-day money-back guarantee

SMITHCONSULTINGGROUP LLC offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for Independent Contract Express purchases, including contract purchases, Solo plans, Business subscription charges and notary bookings. If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the relevant order or subscription charge date.

How to request a refund

Our Merchant of Record, Paddle, processes refunds. Visit paddle.net and use your purchase email address and transaction or receipt details to locate your order and request a refund. You can also follow the support instructions in your Paddle receipt.

Paddle will handle the request and explain the processing timeline. Refunds are returned through the original payment method where possible; the time to appear depends on your payment provider.

Subscriptions and cancellations

Canceling a Business subscription stops future renewals and ends Business access immediately. Cancellation alone does not request a refund: contact Paddle within the 30-day period if you also want a refund of a charge. Cancel before the next renewal to avoid another charge.

Your consumer rights

This policy does not restrict any statutory withdrawal, refund or other consumer rights. Payment and refund handling is also subject to Paddle's Refund Policy and Buyer Terms. Where applicable law provides greater protection, that protection applies.
