- 1. Grant of Rights. Talent grants Producer the right to record, edit, and use Talent's name, likeness, image, and voice in the production described in the Scope of Work, in all media worldwide.
- 2. Compensation. Producer will pay Talent the Total Fee, if any.
- 3. Release. Talent releases Producer from claims related to the authorized use of the recordings.
- 4. Independent Relationship. The parties are independent contractors. Nothing in this Agreement creates a partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship.
- 5. Governing Law. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the state stated in the Agreement Details, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
- 6. Entire Agreement. This Agreement is the complete agreement between the parties and replaces all prior discussions. Changes must be in writing and signed by both parties.
