- 1. Composition. The parties co-wrote the musical composition named in the Scope of Work.
- 2. Ownership Splits. Ownership of the composition is divided according to the percentages stated in the Scope of Work, which total 100%.
- 3. Registration. Each writer may register their share with their performing rights organization.
- 4. Independent Relationship. The parties are independent contractors. Nothing in this Agreement creates a partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship.
- 5. Governing Law. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the state stated in the Agreement Details, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
- 6. Entire Agreement. This Agreement is the complete agreement between the parties and replaces all prior discussions. Changes must be in writing and signed by both parties.
