- 1. Engagement. Performer will perform at the event, date, and location stated in the Scope of Work.
- 2. Fee & Deposit. Purchaser will pay the Total Fee according to the Payment Terms. Any deposit is non-refundable unless the Purchaser's event is cancelled by Performer.
- 3. Cancellation. If either party cancels, the cancellation terms in the Scope of Work apply. Neither party is liable for cancellation caused by events beyond their reasonable control.
- 4. Hospitality & Rider. Purchaser will provide items in any attached rider as listed in the Scope of Work.
- 5. Independent Relationship. The parties are independent contractors. Nothing in this Agreement creates a partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship.
- 6. Governing Law. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the state stated in the Agreement Details, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
- 7. Entire Agreement. This Agreement is the complete agreement between the parties and replaces all prior discussions. Changes must be in writing and signed by both parties.
