- 1. Performance. Featured Artist will record a performance for the song described in the Scope of Work.
- 2. Compensation. Primary Artist will pay the Total Fee. Any royalty or publishing split is stated in the Scope of Work.
- 3. Name & Likeness. Featured Artist grants permission to use their name and approved likeness to promote the song.
- 4. Independent Relationship. The parties are independent contractors. Nothing in this Agreement creates a partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship.
- 5. Governing Law. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the state stated in the Agreement Details, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
- 6. Entire Agreement. This Agreement is the complete agreement between the parties and replaces all prior discussions. Changes must be in writing and signed by both parties.
