- 1. Services. DJ will provide music and equipment for the event described in the Scope of Work.
- 2. Payment. Client will pay the Total Fee according to the Payment Terms.
- 3. Overtime. Additional time beyond the agreed hours is billed at the overtime rate stated in the Scope of Work.
- 4. Independent Relationship. The parties are independent contractors. Nothing in this Agreement creates a partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship.
- 5. Governing Law. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the state stated in the Agreement Details, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
- 6. Entire Agreement. This Agreement is the complete agreement between the parties and replaces all prior discussions. Changes must be in writing and signed by both parties.
